Hot Rods Good offer?

I remember when they did cash for clunkers in 08 ish. All the cars in the local salvage yard had a tag saying silica sand mixture replaced the oil and ran destroying the engine as part of the program so the cars as far as engine are junk. And I'm sure the salvage yards won't want to make a side deal with you jepordizing them being in the program as I'm sure they have a pretty good kick back with that whole deal.

 

I think it would depend on if he wanted to shag now or shag later
