    Its a little off subject. I had one when I turned 18, it was my first build. Now I found another. Had to do it. 1967 F-100, short, fleet. I am going to do it as an early 70's type. Lowered, Ansen's, no billet or anything modern. Polished all the factory alum, came as an auto with air.

  9. Mine wil also do 70 mph all day as long as I can stop every 120 miles to fill up (about $88) . The big block Mopar loves the highway. Just keep givin her fuel:cool:

    A friend of mine and I just rescued a pair of F-1's this weekend...Needless to say they are ROTTEN and beat all to hell. They were cheaper than scrap and still have some good parts so why not right? Let me know if any of you guys need any parts. Planning on parting out both of them. Only planning on keeping the wheels off of the green one...

    Do you know if the door latch linkage is the same as the '51? The truck I bought last week is missing the whole passenger side linkage. Here's mine.

  13. drug home a '54 F-100 with some lovely patina Saturday morning. it was part of a horse-trade with a buddy who's relocating out of state. Can't decide what I'm going to do with her.

  20. Thanks, I have only driven it twice since buying it. Bought the polished stainless steel front & rear bumpers. Still need to find, chrome running boards * updates bumpers, new exhaust next weekend. Then new tonneau !

  21. Heres my other F100. Frame is done & bagged. Now to start on chopping top, sectioning body, pan-caking hood, & suicide the doors.
