    Looks like the car has been sitting over dirt for ages. Probably nothing left of the frame. as well as the underbody.

    if it is stored in a damp area that tarp will wreak havoc trapping dampness.mildew rust etc.

    If it's in the Seattle area like the ad says then it's probably very rotten. It's a very damp climate up there.
