  1. Hi all,
    I'm Andy. A magneto-fixin freak.
Built about 5,800 magnetos so far (11 years in the business). I'm here to help others any way I can with magneto tech questions and get inspired to build my next project. My vehicular goal would be a blend of wild power, and old tin. Typical stuff. I'm building a mild sprint-car engine out of used goodies from local racers' leftovers and shop clutter, so practical is way out of the picture. Not sure what to hide it in, yet. I like old trucks, so it'll probably be a pre-chopped up 30's cab with skinny wire wheels, but the nasty engine and my doug nash five speed will make it a ton of tire shredding fun. 18 degree bowtie heads, solid mechanical roller, carbureted on alcohol, lots of compression. Driveable? We'll see! Its just for fun. I don't expect long drives to work in it.
