I ran into the same issue getting a camera to stay put and give a good view without tons of shake. I ended up switching to a smaller setup with a magnetic mount, and it's been way easier. I’ve been looking into this one too: https://store.insta360.com/product/go-3s — seems way lighter than the usual options and might stay more stable on hard launches.
