Just put the plates on it and ran it up and down the road a couple of times. It handles great. The spring set up in the rear is a little rough. But what the hell its on the road.
id put 20 inch rims on the back and stick a toy alien in it and graphics down the side.......... NAH, jokin! its great and just needs some cosmetic changes to fit here. looks like 4 bars on the front. id change to hair pins and diff inducton, maybe a hood or bonnet as we say down here. the flames dont work for me buts thats not a biggy. i like it and your gonner have fun with that.
Looks like a nice car Drive the wheels off it this year, make sure it's reliable and safe and decide what you need to do for next year. Have Fun AA
Sweeeeet Ride! Don't make any changes that will keep it off the road right now. drive it this season and make any changes next winter. Just enjoy!!!!!
I'd ditch the flames, fenders, running boards, and wheels. Chop and channel would look cool too but at the end of the day do what makes you happy. Roll down those windows and step on it!
I'd say, considering your location, that no matter what you do, you should save it for the winter. You've got a nice spring/summer/fall ahead of you to drive the wheels off of it, enjoy it, and take time to assess the car. Then you've got that freezing cold miserable new england winter to do all the work. Congrats on it. I'm sure it'll be fun!
