got a model A.....no title, any ideas?

I'm building a model a roadster in ohio. tryin got find a way to title it...seems none of the titles places in the hot rod mags will deal with ohio. any experience out there from ohio.

I don't understand explain,they don't have ohio titles or what??? I'am in mich I got mine out of street rod mag.
