Missed all the rain and **** and fineley got to run my vintage mod. last weakend. Didnt get no play days or nothing this spring,Damn long time with out getting high from racing fuel and ****. Whent up to Huron SD on there 3/8 dirt track and run with the super mods. I missed my gearing and tire stager, (damn left rear grew 1 1/2" over the winter) but I still managed a 2nd place finish so I was happy. It felt good to get back in the sadel again
I have seen SoWhats Modified on here Neet Neet lil car. As far as given him a run for his money The fastest I have ever got mine to go is only 122mph (that I know of). Damn Left handers at the end of the straits on them 1/2 mile dirts make it tough, Sowhat Right
Very cool thats gotta be a handful O FUN. Congrats on the 2nd You gotta feel good about that! How do ya get 360" from a sbc? FEDER
Nice Racer.. I will let you know of some vintage shows coming up in the future. This fall I will be in Ark for the hillbilly vintage nationals.I was saddened to hear that one of your fellow Iowa vintage racers Ed Daufeldt had p***ed.Hope to see you at a vintage show some time..Bobby..
Thanks K9 and we do miss Ed he came and ran in our stock car cl*** from time to time and a super nice guy. We didnt make it to the hillbilly nats last year but we are going this year. Some of are cars were there though. The yellow #2 of Walt Ryn that won the mods was my old car. All the guys from here said they had a blast down there. As for Webster it and Cornhusker nats are the same weekend so I dont know where we will be at yet
