Dude, seeing your car all together and rolling should get you excited and motivated. If it doesn't, you have issues and need to give up on your project altogether. Ha Ha Ha

Thanks for not slacking on this, and keep the momentum going! It makes me feel all warm and cozy inside seeing this progress.

Man I can't explain how excited I am to finally see the "vision" kinda come to life! You can only picture what it will look like for so long, helps to finally see it for real hehe. I mocked up a seat in it and sat in it for an hour smiling like an idiot. I've been bustin on it about 60 hours a week to get it done, I plan on driving it to the Turkey Rod Rod in Daytona on thanksgiving weekend, so I gotta hustle. It won't be totally finished by any means, but it will be drivable! Plus I gotta hustle cuz you're making crazy progress on your bad-@ss ride:D

Damn you guys got me all blushing:p. I'm trying hard to bring the lowly Fordor out of the "can't be cool" books hehe. Oh and I'm trying to convince SwitchBlade327 to keep and cut up his newly acquired Slantwindow fordor!
Well I'm off to the shop to build the body mounts and the subframe crossmembers so I can scratch mounting the body off of the to-do list.
I found some perfect bushings to use for body bushings. 55-73 Jeep CJ body mount bushings. They are 5/8" thick, 2" in diameter, and have a 1/2" hole. They're hard rubber, readily available, and $1.20 each. I'll post up some pics of the boby mounts when I get home at 2 am ha

Hey how is that thing coming? Love to see update pics on it for sure, glad to see a few Florida fellows around. Here in Ft Myers you NEVER see a traditional inspired rod ever. A couple 80's style pastel with hammer rim beauties, thats about it

  10. Hey Dodge, that thing looks great!!!

My dream rod is a 32 fourdoor, and seeing this just puts a smile on my face. I LOVE that the car is a 4 door, it is so much cooler in my opinion!

Real nice job on that frame, it looks like a well though out plan. Nice use of the airbags too.

Now git your ass over to Nad's place and light a fire under his ass too....

I need to take the time and resize a ton of photos, and start a post. I've been building it for 8 months now, if work did'nt get in the way, I might have had it ready for the Turkey Rod Run.

Damn your progress in awsome. I have always drooled over C-dans but yours by far takes the cake. Great work. If I ever wanted a C-dan before I definetly want one even more now seeing yours.

Hey thanks lots for the kind words! I have also always loved 32' fordors. At first I hated the fact that it was a fordor, I wanted a tudor, just couldn't afford one. Once I chopped it and mocked it up, and had people tell me fordors couldn't be cool, it was on. Now I wouldn't trade it being a fordor for anything, it will be different, and most importantly, I like it hehe

I wish I was closer to Nads and some of the central Florida hambers. I hope I get to meet some at the Turkey Rod Run though

This has been a shit hot build up series. Man you work fast. You must either not sleep or not work (or both). Keep up the great work and the updates. Very Cool.
