Well I got the body and doors painted this week. It has it's fair share of flaws but at least I can say I did it my self. I have to repaint the pass door top above the belt line and touch up a few nooks and crannys that I did not get covered well, plus a few minor****embly scratches. But all in all I'm pretty satisfied with it. I still have to strip/ body work/ paint the front clip, but those will be the last things I do. I plan to insulate the firewall and front floor/ carpet them and finish interior / dash seat installation, then tackle the wiring. glass etc. It is all sitting here just waiting to be installed. I am actually starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but I am sure there are still a few unfor seen hurdles ahead of me. Watcha guys think??
Looks Cool! Even if the paint does not come out exactly like you want, you can say you did it yourself Lots of pride in your ride! I like it! Looks mean from the back.
