Well thanks for the offer, but I just bought one of off ebay, I think the vintage speed name on it and hopefully that one will fit and if not Ill just rebuild my 4bll, and I didnt know u make more than 1 style adapter. And I have a 4bll holley that bolts right on to my manifold. Can I still send my old one back for a hamber special?
I'm currently putting together the same set-up for my t-bucket(offy manifold, 4 matching Rochesters). Do you sell the linkage seperately? Thanks, Karl
Yes you can return even though the fact you bought a vintage speed product makes me cringe. Rather than swap out mine.
this odd bolt pattern you speak of, is it maybe for the 4GC carbs? two bolt holes close together front and rear and further spaced on the sides forming a rectangular pattern? bore holes nearly same size, a hair larger on the rear, maybe rears and fronts joined sepperate? Paul
could be but he said it was from an 80's mustang, Possibly the wide pattern holley and he ordered an early style adapter tha only has the narrow pattern holley with the WCFB square pattern. The late adapter has the two holley patterns without the small base 4v pattern. notice in the pic. I did see I need to put this on the site
The important thing to remember about multiple carburetion is proper jetting. With this and the abilty of progressive linkage to dial in the secondary operation it is possible to run these induction systems on any motor. When you order just tell me what you are running and we'll dial it in for you. (or at least get you close)
Sound good, I'll probly get around to ordering it in a month or so, i've got alot of work before i get to drop in my motor!
Ya, i got the one on the right with inner v cut style, the other one looks like it would work Also thanks for letting me sending back, and sorry I bought a vintage speed product, but i found that on ebay if that helps. Also I didnt know you were in the hamb representing that place and I didnt know you made 2 styles then I just would of swaped for the other one
Suede your cool one man keep it up! and thats a sweet set you got there Im in the process of acquiring some nailheads and some "extra stuff" as he put it soon and will be looking you up for the right stuff.
I had another idea. I decided to produce the accelerator pump cam for the secondary carb and make the readily available for the do it yourself guys. They are 3.49ea.
