I think the AMBR rules now specify : First time shown. A few guys had debuted cars in Detroit, entered every show in between, then entered for the AMBR the following year. No more.
I think it cannot have been entered in a judged compe***ion but you are allowed to show it like in the Hollywood Hot Rods booth.
I'm with you Dean. Chick and myself debated this car for about 5 minutes and could not follow the builders concept. Looks fairly ****y with the turbos and exhaust. The grill belongs on a Bus not a Roadster!!
That grille belonged to a Packard at one time. Bus? Doubt it. That car? I guess it's no news flash that several folk don't "feel it". I wonder if restraint was poison to that one. There's several kool things about it but the whole is a fruit salad. But hey, he got in there and I didn't.
