Holy cow, do I get to start a new thread? Anyway, the stars aligned and KIRK! and I were able to attend the Greaserama in Kansas last night after wrapping up our day jobs, and what a cool little show! It was put on by the Los Punk Rods who did a killer job making sure there was plenty of stuff to do, killer vendors, bands, beer, motorcycles, custom bicycles, billetproof-style car show, and two movies on the big screen: Thunder Road and Mad Max... at an old drive-in. It rocked. Imagine an entire drive-in packed with hot rods and customs and like-minded folks... it was rad. I'm sure somebody took pics, but I wanted to say thanks to the guys who put it on, and if anyone is in the area nexy year, you really need to check it out.
To me, it looked as if there were four times as many cars and four times as many people as last year. It will be interesting to see the stats. Anyway, I looked so long and only took seven shots. Sorry for missing so many unique cars and bikes and trucks (and people). Tom
