I was on my way home from work in the CPT and on the east 91 frwy at Bloomfeild/Carmenita exit there was a greenish T with a heavy channel and tan or white beltline sitting of the bushes. The CHP and Tow was there, no emergency rigs so hopefully the driver was alright. I know I've seen it on here before but cant place it? Hope the driver and car are alrite! My discription may be weak but I only saw the *** end sticking up out of the bushes.
