I've been hanging around on the Ford Inline 6 message boards fo a while, but finally got around to jumping on here, too. I live in the Dallas area and drive a 1957 Ford Custom with a 223 inline 6 and a Fordomatic ******. The only real upgrade has been a Pertronix ignition and, of course, flames and a leopard & black interior. I've been working on cars casually for about 20 years, but never went as far back as the 50's like this one. I used to do some 70's CJ's and late 70's/early 80's Broncos and trucks. I am not fully hooked on the older cl***ics, but also rely heavily on fols who have "been there" when I get stuck in unfamiliar territory. Dave

Cool, my sister-in-law lives off lower Greenville, too. I hang out at the Dubliner quite a bit, but I'm just getting the Fairlane back on the road recently after having her down for almost a year getting the engine straight. I'll keep an eye out for you. My Fairlane is hard to miss - '57 4 Door, flat black and flames.
Im a pinstriper too if ya need my servivces I'll do it cheap too just for some rolling advertisiment out there.
