Like many of us "newbies", I've been reading on the Hamb for some time and decided it was time to join. I picked up a '57 Ranchero last year and have been slowly working on it. It had sat for 10 years when I bought it and I've been working to get it road worthy. It has a balanced 312 with an E-4 Isk Cam and backed by a 3-speed/overdrive ******. I'm also restoring a '48 Ford F4 for a gentleman and helping another friend with a '50 Ford F1. Lot's of fun to say the least. There sure is a lot of knowledge on this board and I look forward to learning as much as I can and hope to not ask to many dumb questions.
I finally uploaded some pictures of the Ranchero. She's not too bad but definitely needs some work. New home next to '48 F4 After getting her cleaned up from years of non-use. Interior is actually in decent condition. And the motor shot.
Thanks guys, it's definitely a lot of fun to drive! Mercchev, Ft Walton is doing pretty good. I've been here for 13 years and a lot has changed and Destin has almost merged with San Destin.
