    Hello,

    While driving around a coastal city prior to the pandemic, we saw a nice 1939 Dodge Sedan. We took some quick photos and despite the satin finish black paint, it stood out on the property. It was in an old gas station from the 60s that had been converted to a hot rod shop and car repair business. the pandemic restrictions

    It had a nice satin black paint and with the chrome, it was a study in contrasts. The no front bumper look made it a smooth face and compared to a similar photo with a bumper, for us, the no bumper look wins this round.

    Despite the "no protection" for the front end and grille, the bumper free front looked much nicer. YRMV
