A little late to the dance here, but I have to go for the six...
(Though truth be told, if not, I'd feel like I have been wasting my life on my 215... so yes, I'm biased!)
    Keep us posted.

i got 10.00 on the Flathead only because i run one myself.TIP: Torque those rear axel nuts down to 200lbs so you dont brake a axel key. been there done that. Sure would like to be at the end of the quarter mile to see it. Good Luck. 8-Ball

  8. Ha haaa, does the HAMB have an official bail bondsman? I'll bet Clark Country makes a lot in traffic fines when VLV is in town.

Drive with care, don't feed that bear…

The laging is my fault. I had some problems with the head that had to get worked out. As for timing slips, not gonna happen were racing somewhere in our town and its just for bragging rights.

  18. My money would be on the better driver!

Is car weight about the same?

Though put me down for the inliner.

Its supposed to be a 1/4 mile to the second no parking sign after the bridge. We used to race that all the time in High School. haha

as Jay said this morning... "1/4 will take to damn long for those cars! 19 seconds+".. the bridge is far enough, cause we both will top out at 80!

I originally posted rooting for the flattie but I just noticed 215 slopoke has a '53 mainline which is what I have. Mine's got the 239 flat in it though. Since there aren't many of these that I see around I am divided on who to root for. I'm still rootin' for the flattie.

    Must see TV!

I will vote for the inline 6 on the premise of less likely to fail during race :)

The rebuilt 215 is a thing of beauty too!
