The weather was great for the show, rain and wind broke this morning...drove my coupe down. Heres some shots and a link: Here's more: http://s889.photobucket.com/albums/ac93/jseffl/GSTA 2012/#!cpZZ1QQtppZZ12
Cool pix, some hip vintage iron there. That beautiful 54 Buick with the diamond pleat interior is awesome! Thanx for sharing. ~sololobo~
looks good am doing "Prime Steel" in Grand Forks ND was a advnture with water, rain, and car problems!!!
The orange 32 tudor was one of the nicest cars at the show. I spent alot of time looking at each car this weekend (judging) and that car imo was one of the best! The best part is the owner did all the work himself.
Great pictures. Have you any more? My friend John (Salisbury) was going to exhibit his Deuce roadster at the show - it's first outing. A real '50's find - it's Black with a 'S***ch*****' interior - kind of trad but not rat. John doesn't really do computer stuff and I'm dying to see the finished car!
heres a pic of John's car. truned out great. there were 6 cars and one motorcycle that my wife (stich*****) upholstered at the show! Bulls Tudor, Johns 32 roadster, Luke's buick, Tony Eckle's 29 roadster, Pat Bonnet's 63 vette, and Ky and Buddy Michaelson's Michaelson motor cycle. crazy!
I love that. It's turned out really nice, I'm pleased for John who has been patiently gathering parts for years & years. Only on the HAMB would I be able to see his car two days after he rolled it out, thank you so much. I'd be grateful for any more pictures.... ***us - hold on to that woman of yours! Nice work.
Yep, the *****)) is a keeper for sure! I know its been a long project for John and am also Glad for Chucky Dupaul to be able to finish a car!
Thanks for the compliments. I had a lot of fun doing the diamonds. I having been dying to do that to a car for a while. The right one came along! I also upholstered the green 32 tudor owned by Gordy Peters. I am so lucky to be doing what I love to do and to have such great genuine down to earth customers. I couldn't ask for much more!
Thanks for posting the photos. Lots of great stuff there as usual. One highlight of the day was meeting Sunroofcord! For me, the only problem was that my ride had to leave too early... and it would've been a LONG walk home. I snapped a few photos too: http://kalbergcomm.zenfolio.com/gsta2012
