Not really new here, been around for a few years, Billy Crewl first intro'd me here, was sorta a lurker on the old board, havent been around in a while, and this is my first time on the new board, So anyways, name is Mike AKA mopar From Hemet, CA... Mostly into newer shit, I have a 10 sec Duster that I race, also have a 65 Coronet that I plan on doing 60 style, possibly altered wheelbase someday, If I get the balls... Anyways, I got alot of mopar knowledge and parts if anyone needs anything, hit me up.

Welcome mopar, yes you're a FNG same as me and I've been a lurker on here for a long time too.
Saw your mopar name in the list of newbies and that caught my attention cos i like the mopars too.
If you have a look about 10 posts below yours under "New Aussie greybeard" of my intro which my son "Flatoz'" posted you will see the Mopar connection. I have the T with a Poly 318 and the "S" Valiant with 225 slant six and am currently building a glass 32-5W with another poly 318 same as in the T. i bought the 32 as a project set up with a SBC and Saginaw 4-speed but as Flatoz is a flathead fanatic AND his pet hate is SBC's he cut the mounts out with the angle grinder first thing. I like the idea of something different anyway and nailheads, Cads and Olds Rockets are not readily available out here.

You mentioned Mopar parts and i may call on you for some help. I am chasing an alternator bracket for a 318 poly. Have one on loan from a mate at present but he may want it back when his 62 Phoenix project gets a bit closer. Don't need one just yet though.

Anyway enjoy the HAMB, would like to see pics of your cars.

While Dusters are neat cars and I particularly like the Demon version, they aren't trad. That said, your wealth of knowledge in things Mopar are most welcome.

Thats cool, Ive had Demons too, I know the Duster is probably less than welcome here, but like I said thats not my only car or all Im into... It just happens to be my fastest car. Ive actually been wanting a 49-52 or so Plymouth 2 door, or a 54 Dodge... Thats was my biggest reason for checking this place out, its been 3-4 years that Ive been in-out of the hamb, I enjoy the shit talking, bench racing, and pickin up some old school knowledge...
Swift, I think I have a bracket... Ill check it out for you! Mike
