Judging by the hair, mustaches and aviator glasses I'm gonna say it was either taken in the mid to late 70's, or somewhere in Kentucky. Possibly both.

 

I'm guessing 1977 in California.

Well, I can't say exactly. But the merc must be Bad Bob's chick magnet before he owned it. There's a topless chick there who looks like she wants her picture taken with that car real bad.
