So, i have a Model A thats all original (i want to use the original engine during this build)with the exception of hydraulic brakes.

my question is...what will it take to make this baby into a daily driver and good enough to keep up with traffic?
whats the list of things to do to the engine?
any pro's and con's im looking at?

also, i wanted to ask if anyone out there uses their 4banger as a daily driver?

A 5 speed conversion will make it more pleasant to drive in traffic and on the freeway, if you're in to that sort of thing...

A friend of mine has a '30 Ford Model A sedan. It was his first car, which hes had for 40 years. Its his only family car. His other car is a Speedster and AA truck. He just got back from a trip to San Francisco from Los Angeles. Its bone stock with the mechanical brakes. When he does take the freeway, he keeps the speed around 50.
