I'd like to join in. Currently the caretaker of this neat truck built by Richard Graves of Long Beach.
Without pictures to prove this, you could just be telling us a fib. John, five finished deuces is just a little bit staggering...... yikes!!
Yes it is the ridiculously fast one and it's a street driven terror as well...soo chock full of goodness. I see a lot of 500 hp lawn chair haulers and this one is not in that class. Dude drives the pants off it Probably one of if not the nicest 32 3 windows I have seen, in terms of Original everything in the sheetmetal department.
Sorry these are the only shots Ive got and the rest of the parts are up in my attic. I jut putz with this while Im finishing my roadster .I bought this as an unfinished project and I have to straighten out some screwups on the rear frame..... Mechanicals are all figured out and a late model 350 painted yellow of course resides in truck
I just took this one for its first shakedown run on the street. Everything worked OK so, we cleaned it up for a local show tomorrow. After the show I get to take it all back apart for paint.
A couple of my buddies on the way to Pleasanton ,'09.Steel , glass, original or not ,, I'm not say'in . I will say that a good time was had by all !!
Well I posted pics of my '32 Coupe so I'm not fibbing about having one. But the other quarter is in Long Island and I need to find a way to get it here before I can take some pics. I'll start on that car in about 6 months a little at a time.
If that one belongs and I do believe it does ... this one should be here also. I made it for a good friend of mine a few years ago when I was a professional sign maker. .
I remember reading that story...Good thing everyone was OK. What was the end of the story? Did the car get replaced??
