Larry, I gutted this 3Window months ago, and the owner asked me to take it away today. Couldn't believe I left that '32 Four Banger vibration dampener on the ground. this has to rank of one of the best HAMB threads ever, Thanks for starting it.
All that extra breakfast fiber will definitely up the ol' fecal score... Is this a length or girth contest? Oh... yeah... the smiley... JOE
ok larry you have nothing to do now but gather all pics and names and make a book and auction it off for the HAMB CLUB decal cover art and all at least a cd so they all could be done slideshow style . does your tally have a break down of body types.? paperdog
bad ideas my specialty i cant get it right gonna go wonder off into the cold nite now go to the cold shed and sit in the deuce and pout
If I understand this right : it is OK posting a thread asking who is/has built a ModelA Hot rod , But it aint OK to ask who has done the very same thing with a Deuce ?? Larry wanted to see how many Hamb mbrs who had a Deuce in their garage ... Nothing more , nutin`less .. JimA ... Calm down ... This Hobby of ours is ment to be FUN ! Klaz
While I don't have a 32, I've enjoyed the posts.... here's another 75 or so ..all in one place http://rides.webshots.com/album/51216002GRwjtK http://rides.webshots.com/album/51385741GlvfOO CC
every darned time i turn on the computer (slow at work today & freezin cold outside so its been on alot this w/end) THE DEUCE CLUB HAS BEEN ON TOP OF THE LIST! (front page & right on top) & i love it! this old rodder i know whos been drivin his 40 coupe since 1960 & still driving it says all you 32-33-34 guys sure walk around with your noses in the air! ----- i think its just the deuce guys, see how mild & content all the 33-34 guys are. whoooops i better be quiet theres a deuce here & a deuce shell hangin & TRJ 32 issue open here, etc...... KEEP THE DEUCES COMIN!!!!!!!!
I don't have one and may never have one but this thread is awesome!!! Some of you piss and moaners need to lighten up!!!
the vicky had 16" wires and juice brakes when i got it. we've redone the brakes and put in a dropped axle. next is a reversed eye rear spring. we are rebuilding the banger for now. future plans call for a new chassis with a 330 desoto and a 5 speed. thanks dan
Some guy in Morris tried to sell me a set of valve covers just like yours......... I know not funny but I couln't pass it up.
Is your fairlane an R code??? A good friend of mine has an R code 67Mercury Comet ..original 427 dual quad fourspeed. His dad bought it new and it still has original paint, chrome etc. What a flashback when he takes me for a ride...just like being back in highschool when we cruised the main drag in it.
My car is an original 390, 4 speed. Currently has a 427 with a C-4. My father currently has a 427 w-code '67 Cyclone. 1 of 8 and the only green one built. It was also the last 427 Comet built. 16,000 original miles. He is the second owner.
...damn...you are only 10 years older than me, but you have 5 times the deuces. Is it possible to hate someone you just met?
Yeah, no kidding...I have seen post your A, post your primer, post your flaked cars, post your astros, and so on and never have I seen it turn into such a crap thread. Count my 32's in on your list if its gonna piss the babys off...its just a damn picture post!
actually I have 6, so that is 6times, I have a sedan delivery under construction, but no photos right now.... but don't hate me!
Just when I thought I'd finally be in the in crowd... oh ya I stoled it out of the back of this truck last night
These "19XX Club" posts are kinda neat. Would be real cool if a few folks didn't actually see it as a division of the group - which I don't think many believe is something that anyone is attempting. "Deuce Snobs"? I'm sure there are some. Don't count me in that group though, please. My '32 is no better than anyone else's ride/project- no matter what the make/model. The '32 Fordor just happens to be one of MY favorites. If I had to keep the car forever, I wouldn't trade it for a coupe, Tudor, or roadster. I bought a Fordor because it is what I wanted, not because of what anyone else thinks is "cool". JH
Hey arn't we all HOT RODDERS??? I also own a hiboy A roadster. The thread asked 'bout '32s. NOT 'bout trashin' 32s or their owners!!! JEEZUS!!!
just came in had to thaw my hands off the deuce 's wheel .. not a creature was stirring miguided post/thread reading is my problem too guess i am used to being a drama machine aplolgee axcepted thanks larry how's your xmas card / 32 where houseparts list coming along paperdog
