Advertising on Spotify allows you to listen to music for free and increase spotify monthly listeners. Yes, sometimes there are a lot of them, but I don't pay a Spotify subscription.
I couldn't take all the ads, it got out of control with how many there are after you use the ap for a while. I just downloaded a bunch of oldies and by thru my phone. No ads at-all. Spotify is great, but if I were going to do it I'd just do. The subscription to Ditch the ads. But I can't bring myself to pay for radio....
