I'm new to the H.A.M.B. message board. Can't wait to share with everyone out there! My father and I have the 1931 Ford Roadster that he built in the 50's. It has been in storage for most of the past 40+ years. My dad retired a couple of years ago and decided we should start playing with his old toy again. We have done nothing to the car except touch up the paint in a couple of places, put new tires/hub caps/trim rings on it, patch the uphoulstry in a couple of places (damn mice), gave it a tune-up, and changed all the fluids. Dad has been having the time of his life showing the car all around the area. I'll post updates on it and our other projects, 64 Falcon Convert complete restoration, and 68 Galaxie Convert everyday driver/beater, as time permits. Later, Harold
I've been busy with work commitments the last couple of days (funny how work gets in the way all the time). I'm off tonight & tomorrow, so I should have time to upload them then.
And a few more....That's Dad with the Best of Show trophy at the first big show we went to in LaSalle, IL last Summer. I'm on the far left in the family picture.
