A fellow hot rodder in my neighborhood, tom stevens was rolling by and seen my car out and stopped in. Man ususlly I am not much of a t bucket fan , but i sure love this one. Early Buick alumnium 215, stock 2 speed trans, and banjo rear. Split bones front and rear. And zoomies. Just had to share this with y'all. oh yeah its steel too.

    That's kinda neet.
    I've always liked most "FadT"s.
As long as they didn't mix up Brass with chrome or put too much of the "cowl light" stuff on them.
That one just needs the Oldsmoblie 215's version air cleaner.
    Looks like a fez.
    It's even Red.
Just needs the Scimitar badge on it!

I don't think I've ever seen a T "bucket" that I liked. I don't know what it is about them, but they just look way out of proportion to me.

Neat. I dig the chrome guides. I think the air cleaner is gay. Haha. the car is neat though. I saw a t with a 215 in a little book. It had offy finned alluminum valve covers. It looked so wicked.

    Cool pics.

yeah I agree with that too. Old sun tach and some other type of air cleaner is needed. But this car is damn close.
And as for the "parking brake" It is one i keep at my house just for when jalopys show up. One of those better safe than sorry things.

    Hey jim-bob,

You're just jealous cos your T-bucket hasn't got one of those hi-tech parking brakes. I've got one for my T!! Thought they were essential for all T-buckets.

See, those last two T's pictured are pretty cool. I guess it just depends on the style that it's built in, but most of them just don't like right to me. Especially the ones with all the brass and "bling bling" on 'em.

Maybe if the rear panel didn't come up so high around the back, like if someone took a section out of the rear panel and brought it down it might look better to me. Ah well, ya know what they say, "there's an ass for every seat !" ;)

You should see the driveway at "King's" house. I would put a brick behind a late model. Cool looking T by the way........Is he taking it to the HAMB drags?

After I told him what the H.A.M.B. was and told him about the drags he said he has to go. So, yes i think so. And Chris you are right, I have almost lost a couple of cars down this damn driveway.

    King Chassis,
I love the look of you T-bucket. The zoomies remind me of an AA/Fuel Altered. You get the look without the wild Winged Express handling.

The other buckets are nice. I just don't like green as a color for a car. I guess it's the old Indy 500 superstition of green cars are unlucky. It used to be that the only important thing that was green was money; but now they've even changed that. Peach $10 bills?? How gay is that?

T-buckets are fun cars. Small, light, fast, nimble. All of those adjectives. The one problem is you have to be a pretzel to get into one and after a long time in them they are uncomfortable. For a Friday night cruise they are great. They are NOT for a cross-country trip even though some brave souls have done that too. Of course that's my 50-year old body talking and not my fun-loving brain.

I'd even consider one with a "banger" motor for the quick runs to the store.

Neat cars guys. Have FUN!!! Thanks for the pics.

Hey, the Flower roadster/T/truck is a "long distance runner" as well as a good cruise night ride, with a proper seat base and "well tuned" suspension she has been all up and down the State of Kalifornia from Paso to Escondido and everywhere in between. She drives the crap outta that little car.
