Hot Rods HA/GR RACING

I have looked at everything I can find on this cl*** of racing and I have some questions.
1. Has the rule book been updated? If so where can I get a copy?

2. I live in NW Minnesota so is there a venue in this area?

3. Are there any new specifications for the car and ch***is, engine, transmission etc?
I really want to build one so any help with pictures will be greatly appreciated!

Just wondering, what does HA/GR really stand for? I know it isn't for Hagar the Horrible, so I looked at some rule sheets but didn't notice mention of a definition. Gary
