A historic gem with connections to Valley Customs...some of you may recall it up at the top of the Hamb webpage...I believe to this day...the owner Fish is pretty fortunate to have acquired it... While not a real car it's inspired by a real one. The way Miller's 32 was unchannelled with the sectioned grill shell always bugged me. So I built this sort of based on a revell kit withe a bunch of other parts mixed in lol. With it next to the TV I can watch American graffiti much more at ease lol
That's awesome Chevy...being a teen when that came out nothing about that Coupe bothered me...even today, but I've heard the many criticisms. I like the plausible argument though and what you've done proves it'd be worth doing a tribute...the Graffiti Coupe 1957...
Yeah the car always just seemed so tall to me lol. If I had 32 coupe $ I'd likely build one in steel. When I did this model I researched the original car just as much as I would have if I were building a real one. Even made sure to use a rear axle from a 57 Chevy kit and made a chrome panel that I tried to match the mismatch of gauges on. Tried to scale the chop too
...Hamber @metal man's dad's Coupe sporting an awesome pair of bobbed rears and that's all she wrote... Metal man, any more pics or Thread on your Dads Coupe? Credit to Photographer, Owner

http://phscollectorcarworld.blogspot.com/search/label/PHS Photo of the Week: Andy Janosik 32 deuce coupe ...Horsepower versus Horsepower...there may have been a race here perhaps inspired by another famous race shared here many times...it was Pete Henderson that is captured forever in an image doing just that... This Ontario Canada matchup has a much more radical contender and I suppose period reflects that...Plate on car says 1962, article says 65...I call 62... Love it...and hey!! It looks half fendered to boot...cool Hotrod...as the blogger asked...Where is it now...I ask...who won the race...further reading says the Hotrod...
I went to a Fotki collection sourced through your shared images and pulled some half fendered that likely have been posted but why not once more... ...Before Tom's ownership... ...I get a chuckle out of this every time I look at it...Today I'm thinkin' the Owwwoooocifer is for one ignoring the presence of a yoyo and asking Max if he would put on front fenders if he gave him a couple cookies and a bone to chew... I know this car had fronts but its hard to tell if they were on for this incident... Credit to Photographer's & Owners
