https://hotrod.staging.enthusiastne...7-legendary-tuner-dean-moon-pictures-history/ @jnaki posted a Hotrod recently with an extremely altered driving position due to engine setback which doesn't seem to be the case here but that column is way back. Not sure...but it's Plated, Half Fendered and has Jalopy Hotrod all over it not to mention the lowered lid...turns out this is a transitioning to a 140mph racer Dean Moon orchestrated...

The Caddy powered Hotrod behind the Custom is a 33 or 34... You are right they do look better with some Clothes on the Nose so too speak...but back then I believe dressed down wasn't uncommon as the Dough was low n' slow for many... Funny the 36 Dwarfs it...
It's odd to hear people say early Fords aren't a good start for a beautiful custom. That shot of the rear displays a hell of a lot of tasteful work. -Dave
Yes...That guy was a talent...so many levels and well executed in each stage of the evolving vision and mixing it up too boot and nailing it. Hotrod/Custom.
...Soon to be Parted out... Worth a chuckle but ideas for Hotrods were born out of this...noting both are Half Fendered and then the wild pedal to the metal daredevil Yahoo Antics... Either or Has equal Positives for looks but laws and Shortcomings some of it Regional and equal to Highboys of course drive a wedge into the total sense of it all...I am fortunate as mine is a fairweather Hotrod...No problems These at one time were dailies...I'm glad to live just some of what that was like... It looks either an inspired along the lines of the Cole Roadster or in fact the same perhaps years later...the Hoodsides share the same Louver pattern with the Stance and Bobbed Fenders very similar... The Duvall windshield also making for an all around home run for me...I'd be interested what's under the hood V12/16 inline 6 or 8...all plausible options...I want it in my garage.
...This pic so does it for me...Ones Vision I can see perfection in Lines before the Fullness is realized...Hotrodders are Artists...quite simply put...If this builder didn't draw they sure did it in metal... This is from @ss34coupe's collection I believe...I wonder if this saw the Finish Line... Credit to Photographer, Owner
