A while back a friend that was in the car club had p***ed away and I bought some stuff from the estate to help the family out. Of the things I got were a pair of Hali 20230801_072845.jpg 20230801_072928.jpg brand wheels that he had bought about 20 years ago and ran them on the back of his hot rod for a while. When the Slicks wore out he took them off and never put them back on. I can't seem to find any markings on them yet but they are definitely magnesium. They are 15x8 and 1/2 in and 5 in and 5 1/2 in bolt pattern. Does anybody recognize these, maybe they're not even halibrand? I remember when he bought them that he said they were halibrand Wheels but who knows

They are Halibrands alright. Probably mid-late '60s. 15x8 1/2 is a good useable size too. The holes around the bead will reduce the value a little but they can be welded up. Good score.

Thanks for the response. I'm not worried about the holes around the bead too much as I'm probably not getting rid of them. Any idea of what model they are?

I think they were called Sprints in the catalog. They were a famous drag racing wheel but I see a lot of them with 6 lugs so I think they may have been used a little for circle track racing.
