    G'day Guys
Got onto this Halibrand diff for my '32 roadster, and although it looks like the dummy case as depicted in the Tardel Bishop book it's machined differently. I wonder if some one here would know what it's set up for.
    Thanks for any info.

Yes the Dummy cases were all bought by a guy making Electric cars. They had a few cases left and thats the way they look. The guy had them machine off the Quickchange part and put that opening in, he had a plate installed there. I took the one I had and had a alum plate made up and welded in, then I took the Speedway fake universal quick change (as it is flat the other one is curvered to fit the banjo) and had it welded to it. It looked great--wish I still had it. Sold it when I needed money.

Thanks for the info dutchtreat, it's much appreciated.
I got the centre, bells, axle housings (which look like thet might be for full foating set up), and spool, but no ring gear, pinion, bearings etc.
Do you know if they were set up for early Ford internals, or special Halibrand gears?
    Thanks
