Check out Drewfus' post in the Tech-o-matic... Tech-o-matic page for Hallock-style windshield buildup
Aim at 45 degrees, leave a 10mm(3/8") glass gap. From a few preliminary sketches here at work, measuring inside the glass track, the outer posts are 7 inches high and the center post is 11 inches high. There is also about 1.5-1.75 inches of material between the bottom of the track and the body. If you can wait till next week (just after easter) I'll be able to take a few accurate measurements, as the ones listed above I think I shortened the posts a bit as I wanted a 'low' look. Can't do it over the next few days due to the car being at my parents place and won't get a chance to get there. Trust this helps. Cheers, Drewfus
