Amen brother!! I hate winter and these below average temps in our part of the world are really starting to chap my ass!!
Nice turn out! But in just 10 years where will we stand? I'll be in the 30-39. Hope we can get a good turn out on the 29 and under part on this poll.
Lessee... I can't say I act a certain age;that line was taken early. Hmmm;how about "It's not the years,it's..." No,no,no;done already...Ok;the damn cursor kept going to the "50-59" circle and I couldn't stop the SOB and it really should have gone to 30-39 group or the 20-29 group,and,and... ...and I'm disliking winter more as I age as well. Even the snowmobiles effin' hurt to ride. Shoveling sucks. Even pushing the snowblower has lost its thrill. My best friend is retiring and moving to 'Zona;perhaps there's a lesson there?
Adam, admirable convictions expressed there! If there are more like you, then maybe I can sleep better at night, knowing that maybe our country isn't going to hell in a handbasket after all! You sound like a guy who would REALLY appreciate the nostalgic stuff we pack into Dog427's "Vintage Shots From Days Gone By" thread, man.
Speak for yourself...I'm 75+ and I feel everything,,hehe On the day Kennedy was shot I was within 10 blocks of it..The day Dallas stood still..
I love that demographic! almost dead even across the board... ya know what that means?? It's a KICK ASS SITE!!!! we got the 60+ crowd who actually did the hot rodding back in the 60s-70s.. you guys need to make sure us youngins (19-40ers) do shit right... lol.. anyways. that's cool... and remember.. growing old is inevitable... growing up is optional
Which age are you asking for? There is a cronilogical age...a physical age....and a mental age. Cronilogicaly I'm over 60...physically I'm about 80...but mentally I'm still in my 20's. And I hope to stay there. (spell check needed)
3169 people have clicked on this thread. only 787 have taken part in the poll. all this shows is the age group who most like to take online polls.
There was a radio anouncer in KC in the 60's His name was Lou Kooly. He had a wheelchair with a SBC on it. Or maybe I should say under it.
