All proceeds from this 5-day auction benefit the HAMB. We are auctioning off a signed and numbered copy of the upcoming book, Deuce, published by The Rodder's Journal. This auction will reserve #0032 for the winner which will ship late summer. For more information on the book see below.

Deuce: Seventy-five of the finest 1932 Ford Hot Rods of all time

We at The Rodder’s Journal are proud to announce that our much anticipated book on 1932 Fords is now in production and is now available for pre-order. And Deuce is the quintessential book devoted to ’32 Ford hot rods.

We have devoted six pages to each of the 75 most significant 1932 hot rods as selected for the 75th Anniversary of the 1932 Ford display at the 2007 Grand National Roadster Show. We viewed this display as an extremely rare event and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We set up a full studio in the building where the selected cars were on display, and photographed each before the show opened to the public.

These studio shots along with on-display photos and significant historic archival images make up the basis for our new book that fully chronicles all 75 of these cars. The photos are accompanied by complete text that gives the full story on each of these cars and a behind the scenes look at the show itself. We have assembled a team of some of the best writers in hot rod journalism to contribute to this project.

At nearly 500 pages and weighing approximately ten pounds this book exhibits the finest reproduction and the high-quality standards that you’ve come to expect from The Rodder’s Journal.

We are producing only 3200 copies of Deuce and they are now available for pre-sale. The first 1100 will be signed and numbered. This will include numbers 1 through 1000 and 1900 through 1999. They are now on sale for pre-order for $75, and will ship late summer 2010.

NOW ... that a GREAT idea.

  14. I love that idea - we can all just contribute a few bucks to the cause and the final $$$ could really help somebody! I'm all over that one.

I received my copy of DEUCE in late November, 2010 and it wasn't a numbered or signed edition.
