HAMB Auction?

Ryan & the moderators,
I haven't seen a HAMB auction in a long time and am wondering if they're still allowed? Yes? No? It depends?

I'd like to pay back the HAMB with a "100% proceeds going to the HAMB auction" of a 1/18 scale Pure Heaven Fuel Altered, new in box.
