Own and drive my '32. Went Christmas shopping in it today. I've driven it from Florida to the LA Roadster show twice and to New England three times. I drag the Mullins on long trips. Lee

<---------That's me and the wife at the Bixby Bridge at Big Sur on the California Coast a few years ago in the Roadster. It has almost 50K on it now and it's been driven to the LA Roadster Show four times, Deuce Week in 2007 and Bonneville a few times.

<------- I recognize the car, but who's the old fat guy standing next to it? Time sure does fly by! I've owned the car for 30+ years through several incarnations...some better than others. But...what I want to know is, why it IT look BETTER after all these years while I look WORSE? Attached is a photo the day we dragged it home. They all have to start somewhere! Here's a "before" and "after".
Although the car is not HAMB compliant as it is a 1967, I built it completely, including chassis fabrication and paint in my 2 car garage, drive it on the street, and run 10.70's at the track with it
Owned mine since 1991, its not currently on the road. The engine (429 bb ford) needs a rebuild, and I have more body mods that I want too carry out. I have driven it for several years as a dailly though, and what a blast it is too.
Yes sir....I drive the 40 chevy in background often. The 37 chevy is not streetable yet. I am laid off until Feb 2009. Time no money..Money no time. I will do what I can while laid off.
OWNED it ....BUILT it..... Had it 25 years ... then came the tax man .... "sell it or I take it" ( and two others)...almost cried when it drove outta' my driveway ..... still tryin' to get enough together to buy it back ..... ....... jersey Skip

Yup, own her and drive her. Built by a HAMBer, always owned by Hambers. I'm the 4th owner. every one of us changed a little but it's still the same car.
Pretty much every chance I get in the summertime. Hopefully it won't be off the road too long this summer coming up when I swap in the 5 speed. It's the only runner I have in a 1300 sq. foot garage full of man sized Lego kits
