I built/owned and raced the Bantam Altered back in the 70's in So. Cal. That shot is testing at OCIR in 77.

Edit: Changed it to my 56 pickup.

 

I own the '46 Studebaker in mine, but it's far from driveable. Someday soon, I hope.....

I drove her as often as I could, but now doing some mods, like lowering, wiring, finishing the interior and a complete new drivetrain.

Well I did once, my little boy drives it now.

 

It now has wheels, but it's a long way from driving...

 

I got mine in Oct and drove it 3 times now got torn apart trying to personalize it for myself and when I'm done will drive the hell out of it!

Not really a good time to be drivin' this in Oregon right now, plus I ripped out the 327 & turbo 400, and am installing a '93 sbc with a 700r4. Installed +.001" bearings on the mains, rod journals looked fine so I just put new bearings on them and buttoned it back up. Tranny mount relocation is next. Looking forward to a great time driving it next spring....
