What you see in mine is presently a work in progress in the shed with two other projects also underway.
Was driving mine in local area, waiting to change gears to 3:54s so I can drive on highway. Then blew a head gasket. Would drive it to work 3 times a year only 50 mile round trip, but mostly highway. 55 mph in So. Cal. Not to Safe.
drive it everyweekend. drove it to highschool everyday for 3 years, til i blew the /6. now that college is done ill probly drive it to the speed shop as much as possible.
every chance it get, probably not daily, but id say every other day! vac*** wipers, small block, no defrost, rainy washington weather...... not the best combo, but who gives a ****. you dont build them to look at them collect dust right!! nothing a warm jacket and a windshield rag wont fix!
Yup, this one is now mine. I just got it. I was thinking of posting a thread on it with pictures, but wasn't sure if it would be to shiny and polished for you guys. Edit: Should have said for the HAMB guys here.
my avatar was on my dads mack , wich he loved very much and drove many miles. now he's gone it's on the wall in my shop, fitting place he loved cars. i thought i'd use it on hamb so i'd think of him everytime i'm on. also like i said he was a car nut and he'd loved hamb.
I drive it when I can. The radiator is FU at the moment. Looking for a new aluminum replacement$$$. But I'm a Po Boy.....My daily driver is a 22 year old Toyota Hilux 22R.
