    Thanks Bob,
We had a great time today. Thanks for putting all this together.

I don't want to name names, but I heard that there were a couple of people that were thinking of having one of the many L.A. county Sheriffs that stopped by hassle you about your car. Something about telling one that there was possible contra ban in your car. Or even suggesting that they needed to do a vehicle search.

To think that all of this was just to get the photo op of you and your car being picked apart by the Sheriffs.

Looks like a great time Bob well done , Roadsterrpu came by & said he had a blast, I'd much rather been at work working on a 36 Ford , moving furniture to get carpets cleaned & fucking my back up than being at the HAMBQ GOD DAMMIT next year for sure.

    Great stuff there too

Cheers Bob , a new must go to shindig.

Thanks for putting another great BBQ together. It was good hanging with everyone again.

BTW: the reason the truck isn't orange is becuase I don't like the shade of orange that Rustoleum makes.

  10. looks like everyone had a good time..... semi hell broke loose this weekend. steering box in my '54 had to come back out and moms o/t truck blew a radiator (plus had to do regular services on mom's and girlfriends cars). i wanted next weekend open so this weekend is shot (no antique nats either :().

I had a great time. Thanks Bob and every one that helped out. Food was great. Cars were excellant and the company was even better. It was really good to meet some other HAMBers in person. Even the wife had a good time. It was a great day for it, not too hot and the sun stayed behind the clouds so it did not bother us white boys in rodasters too much. Thanks again Bob.

It did look like Limey Steve and CraigR had way more fun working in the shop than drinking and eating with us. And they were not bitter at all about the great time we all had.:D:D

It could be the alcohol, my imagination and/or my eyes... but are those front fenders box-flared for wider wheel clearance? If so... holy shit, I demand more info. If not... don't mind me, nothing to see here, please move along!

  13. Thanks for the pix Bob. Looks odd though - not so much for the lack of girls, but the lack of the flat bed truck!

  17. Bob, you are the man!! Damn I appreciate all your efforts with events you are associated with, the coolest stuff comes out when you are involved. What a nice surprise to see our home boy Malcolm at the gig, he is a great guy that represents our brotherhood here in Omaha very well. I was especially taken with the black and silver 40's chey sedan with the pin-up striping, what a cool bomb. Thanks again for coverage from my old stomping grounds, "beautiful So-Cal" ~sololobo~

  18. Nice show! My favorites: The more door Willy's and the '55 Merc .... That '54 Chevy ain't bad either.

That guy needs to know rain from a spritz from the marine layer. This is So Cal in June?:D

  27. Trust no one!!! SoCal Merc and Cal Cowboy and his friends drove through the sprinkles to the BBQ,where the weather was AMAZING!!!
Lucky for you,I don't know ANYBODY your size! So I still have your shirt, hahaha!

  28. Well,I have a great sense of humor and I know for a fact, that there isn't anything in my Merc that would get me in any trouble. But,that doesn't mean you guys wouldn't "plant" something in there,lol...

Thanks again for organizing this Bob. I will be back next year for sure, and I will be driving something worthy!

  30. As far as i'm concerned, the cars are just icing on the cake! It's more about hanging with fellow HAMBers and telling lies!!!! Chewing some grub...
