My 51 used to run hot too!!!! I just unplugged the guage now it runs really cool and never over heats

The chili is made and in the pot. This will be the last batch for a while. It's after midnight and it's still hotter than the hinges on the gates of Hell outside. Even hotter in my kitchen. I'll be expecting some COLD beers from you fellers at the BBQ.
