    brought to you by BRUSH--HOTWHEEL---FLAT-TOP

who in hamb land needs a new parts hauler?

up for auction a 1965 ford econoline coe truck---motor---art print.

    one bid---three items

auction will end sunday oct. 23rd at 8.00 pm central time

    the info

    1st. from brush

comes a super concept art print, and what a nice piece of art it is.
it would be a great source of idea's on this truck and a super keep sake from the "god of art" himself! it will be picked up with the truck

that alone is worth a lot of dough!

    2nd. from hotwheel

to mark his 1000 post on the hamb!

a super nice ford six engine (rebuilt) with only 26k on it. it will fit right into the econoline with no changes and be a easy fix to get on the road. when pulled it ran like a top and has been stored inside and is complete, from wing nut to oil pan. the engine is in austin texas and will have to be picked up from there.

a 26k motor with accessories is worth a lot of dough too!

    3rd. from flat-top

    a 1965 econoline coe truck

it's a fair old farm truck from texas. it has dings and dents here and there with a rusty bed floor and sides. the front cab floor seems to be ok. it has been parked for about 25 years so will need a complete redo. only part gone is the tailgate. i have a clear texas ***le ready to hand the lucky winner. the truck is in wellington texas!

if any one needs more pictures or info please pm the appropraite hamber

    concept art------brush
    ford engine-------hotwheel
    econoline truck---flat-top

and please bid often and high--all proceeds go to the hamb 100%

  5. As soon as the bidding gets over $1K....and I know you'll get it there.....I'll start making plans to visit Flat-Top. That means the old 6-banger will be in the back of the Hamb "bomb" hauler waiting for you to get it.....and save you a lot of fuel and travel time. But It's gotta get to at least $1K. We'd have one heck of a loading party!!!

So don't be "skurd"...go talk to mamma then comeback a lay a fat bid on here. It's for a good cause.

The art is 19 inches wide and 17 inches tall/drymounted and ready for hanging....I think it would be nice if all three auctioneers signed the back to the winner.
The art is at the printer now and will be with Flat-top in a week.
    Flat-top is my hero.

I just had a thought. What would be cooler than someone winning this auction and actually building a realistic representation of brush's concept using Bob's car and Reggie's motor? Nothing. And if that happens, this truck will get FREE entrance for life into any HAMB event.

  16. How about a HAMB thrash to get the thing on the road? I'd take a week off work if I won, fly down to, say, Austin... maybe coincide with the Roundup?

    This could get cool.

  17. Big A, if u win I'll help you however I can. The Roundup week is a CRAZY week for the show hosts so I'm not sure what all I can do other than providing you a place to work. Good luck!!

  18. Two birds... one stone... pushing my luck :D

I would be disappointed if I didn't get outbid. I'll start bidding against myself if you boys and girls don't step up...

    RYAN,

It'll take some major work to turn that si**er into the V8 in Brush's art!

I smell what you're stepping in though, it would be cool to see it mostered out like that.

Is this thing really stalling at $750.?

    I would say BTTT,,,,,,

    800.00....Paging BenD!!!! :D

  23. Cool man....but think about it....for an extra $200 you get the engine in the same place as the truck! Not trying to cut BenD out, but that's a bargain with fuel at $3/gal. Do I hear $1000?????????? :D

Cmon we wanna have a party at Bob's.........

  27. $850.

Any of you fine Texas gents wanna help get it running for the HAMB Drags?

  28. Looks like its getting close to HAMB Bomb Party time!! I'll start putting the helper airsprings on the rear of the Unibody to haul that fire breathing 6. :D This is way too fun!!!!!

So the next bid will be $1K....I feel it.

Here's the math... 850 mile round trip from Wellington to Round Rock. If you are lucky, you could get 15mpg pulling a trailer. That calculates to a whopping 56 gallons of gas. With gas at nearly $3/gallon....then that's roughly $170 in fuel! Not to mention the travel time. Check my math mathematicians.

So the only thing between us and a party is your next bid!!!!!

i will throw in the missing door gl***es. so now the only missing part of this truck is the tailgate.
