This is being built by someone on instagram. Goes by custompaul_. He does a lot of good work and this is one of his personal cars.

 

Paul Normand maybe? In New Hampshire? Looks like it could be something he might create. If it is him, there has been a thread about his work on here in the past.

 

Dagnabbit @Moriarity! , now ya got me wanting one. Ya dadgum hoodlum. Hehe.

 

It kind of looks like a Whippet grille that has been narrowed at the bottom. ...but it also looks too large overall to be a Whippet. I can't remember seeing one on anything but a '26/'27 Ford.

 

Radiator shell is 27 Studebaker according to the owner
