HAMB Drag Nationals 08, how many of you guys will be there racing?

I realise that there are/will be similar threads, but, specifically HA/GR cars, how many are intending to be racing?

Who's ready to rumble, and hanging out to have some fun, what have ya got to get sorted, who building for the event, and those that haven't quite finished theirs yet, turn ya computer off and get em done.....NOW, not long to go...and we want to see more there banging gears than ever before.

Note: I reckon we've got at least 8 -10 cars who's love to race ya, for that matter, can probably say that we'll gladly loan them to anyone to have a go, ya just got to figuire out how to get them from here to there...

One day, just a matter of time...

We had plans to make it, now have to overcome a couple recent schedule setbacks. Guess you'll have to call us a definite maybe.

 

My partners and I will be there, even if we have to put pedals in the damn thing.

Registration is open. Date is set for August 23rd.

 

Well, I just lost August, damn it. I still have the weekend of the 23rd open but not enough time before and after for the trip. Looks like we'll be running Famoso.

****** well making plans for next year already. Maybe we can put together a run by Tulsa into the deal too.

Anyone need a crewhand?

 

I'll be there for sure and does anyone know when the gates open. Last year they didn't open until noon or so. I have been telling everyone not to be in a hurry to get there. I don't like sitting in line for 2 hours so I want to get there and drive in.Roy

 

Noon is when they open,see you there.

 

We'll be there and bringing the car even though it isn't ready to race. My partners just wanted to "show & tell". Everyone stop by and say hello.

Damn! I was counting on that crew cheif's job,now I've got nothin to do.

 

I got the word from the black knight racing guy's at willowbank on sunday to make sure i post lots of pic's for you guy's back home.

Since we've started runnin' Nitro, we'll have to pull the pan and check the bearings after every run. We might also need help with the blower, packing chutes, etc.
