hamb drags qualifications????????

so, what are the qualifications for a car at the hamb drags??? what is the year cut-off?? powerplants allowed????? anything not allowed???

 

Hopefully, the cars will have more horsepower in their engines than wattage on their stereos, but in Fat Hacks case, I won't be so sure...
