   looking to go to the races, and was curious which hotel(s) are better than others. was kind of hoping not to book a hotel only to find later that i should have stayed 5 or 10 miles the other direction.

   Holiday Inn where all the action is Friday and Sat. nights. Residence Inn right next door. Drury Inn and Hampton Inn within walking distance.
