All too often I find myself at an event, or out cruising, and stumble upon a hot rod or custom with a H.A.M.B. tag or sticker but cannot track down the owner to say hello. I sometimes forget how large this community is and how likely I am to cross paths with a fellow member. A few weeks back I was out on Woodward and came across this swet wagon in front of Vinsetta garage. Nice car!
I’m an Alliance member and never received a tag. Hope someday but not so far. I made my own license plate tag with a decal and aluminum plate.
Check the current address on your profile. PM @Ryan too. I missed one due to not updating my address. If mine can now find me in Japan you should be gold.
I’m guessing that might be the problem. In my personal data there is no address and no where to put it. Looks like a PM is in order.
It's been 10 years. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/who-is-the-mystery-hamber-in-somers-point-nj.727147/
Well, well, well. That's my old car. Some may recall my build thread as I brought this thing back from the dead & installed a dual carbed straight 6 & did the crazy leopard print interior. I sold it to another Hamber a while back & it was shipped off to the Detroit area. @stickylifter is the current owner.
I guess you and Larry need to organize a car show in the Poynette/Portage area, when I come back with my wife to visit family we can finally meet. Since I'll be flying, look for the guy with the HAMB tag glued to his forehead. P.S. Don't forget the Leinenkugel!
@DDDenny Just messing with you. Let us know when you are back in the area & we'll whip up some kinda shenanigans. - Dave
Double-click on the little dude icon, to the left of the messages icon. From the choices on the left, under the Settings heading, choose Preferences. In that section, you need to enter your mailing address. If the boss does not have it, he cannot send you one.
