I am a new guy to this board and see the odd intro but I don't respond cause since I am new I feel its not my place to welcome and or flame anyone, can some of you folks post a newbie guideline or should a guy just jump into the fray and let the chips fall where they may?

Here's some all in good fun Lurk before you leap Get a feel for the HAMB and its members. It makes it easier for you to take the beating coming to you. Those are real people out there. Ask yourself, "Would I say this to the person's face?" In most cases I think most of us would say yeah and slam each other face to face all in good fun. Nobody wants to see you*****py late model car picts unless you are cutting the***** outta it and building something say like Big Daddy's Stealth. Post in the right forums. Don't post Hot rodding tech questions in the Questions & Suggestions forum. That is for asking about the board itself. Selling stuff? Put it in the classified. Hijacking threads Why hijack a thread when you can send a pm and ask the same thing if possible. Sharing your knowledge is fun. Well maybe not, but it is cool. If you have tech to share do so. Don't hold it back. Lots of us are tech impaired. Help us out. Never post pictures of your Von Member. No one wants to see that first thing in the morning. Not only is it scary but it tend to make you look like an****. No Racist or Prejudicial remarks. Leave this***** at the Door. Religion/Political*********, Same unless it is hobby related. If your drunk and something pisses you off. Wait untill you are sober before responding and making an**** of yer self (guilty as charged) Dont' post*****. Even if it is on topic*****. Granted if you need help getting the late model running so you can get to work or something like that is one thing.
