I was in London one time over New Years - 35 degrees farenheit. Coldest f'ing 35 degrees I've ever experienced.
we had snow last night and it is getting colder ,if you want to give me a shout when ya here my number in the uk is 01582 707818 i live about 35 miles out of London in a town called Luton at junction 10 of the m1 .It may not make sense to you yet but it will when you get here.anyway we are in for a -8 cold snap tonight lol so i'm just gonna wrap up.I'm off to the rythmn riot at the weekend in Kent and i gather thats gonna be real cold...........Paul

Ahh, didn't say it wasn't cold though! Brilliant fun out on the ice, but we had no snow. Boo. Nothing like the fun of a trip into town in an open top car stocked with freshly made snowballs.... Howz ya back, Monkey?
I was going to get the coupe out this morning but it was too cold, and they'd had the gritters out by us last night. I stopped in and watched Football Focus instead.

hey Marq, Donna's dad was saying it snowed the other day in Dunstable... I was thinking its bloody early, looks like you guys could be in for a cold winter. Mike, there are HAMB's out Oxford way too, check if anything is on at the ACE cafe its pretty close to the tube at Hanger Lane (pitty there wasn't anything like that there when I lived a mile or two down the road !!) have a blast and why don't ya see if they can't send you somewhere were its summer.... the only thing cold down here at the moment is the beer.

I've just heard that B&J Nostalgia ( http://www.bjnostalgia.com/new%20news.htm ) will be firing their Fuel car up in the car park of the Ace Cafe on Wednesday 1st December at 9;00pm. The Ace is just around the corner from Wembley Stadium at Stonebridge Park on the old North circular road. This is an Executioners Hot Rod meet so there will be plenty of other interesting cars around . You can get details of the Ace Cafe on :- www.ace-cafe-london.com Sounds like the perfect way to keep warm during those cold nights.
32Limey is closer to the Oxford side of things, but has been known to make an appearance at teh ACE from time to time....Kev, where are you?

Me and the wife are staying near Regents Park, easy access to the Bakerloo line on the Tube, so I think we could make it there Wed. nite. We also have our kids with us... is the Ace Cafe an okay place for kids (13 and 9)? Lemme know if/when you guys want to meet up there, I'll buy first round. Hey CAS - hopefully they won't ban Primates after our visit!
The Ace Cafe is a great place for familys. If your on holiday with the family then it should make an interesting night out. The only thing is that its pretty quiet there during the winter months. Shame you wasn't over in the summer because it would have been rammed out.
