    With your description of your skills and shop, you should be able to handle the stuff mentioned, BUT check the car carefully for body rot or poor repairs! Just like that first one, you want to be sure that nothing is hiding.
    Wiring is under 500 if you do it, lowering can be a hundred to thousands, depending.
    Drums should be okay, the booster sounds a bit off. You have different levels - stock, upgraded drums with dual master, then most often swap to discs with master and booster.
    Vintage air is good, they should be able to help with any stuff you need for refitting.
    As with anything over 20 years old, expect the unexpected repairs and deferred maintenance.
